Now, with fresh new decor featuring local Muskoka artist’s works, an updated name and the familiar staff and management you know, we are proud to offer our new menu. With a focus on fresh, authentic ingredients and our signature hardwood charcoal grill our new menu provides a diverse selection of truly great food.

Passionate about what is new, we haven’t forgotten what has made us successful, preserving items that diners love and building on the tradition and quality developed by Paul Weber Sr. for his landmark eatery on Highway 11.
